İnci Villa

GENERAL INFORMATION : Our villa is located on a large plot; oludeniz, ovac Dec. Oludeniz beach is 4 km away, fethiye center is about 12 km away. Located in a fairly quiet location within walking distance of restaurants and markets, this villa has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool and a garden. Our villa, which has air conditioning in every room, is partially sheltered and carefully furnished so that you can have a peaceful holiday with your loved ones.

ENTRANCE FLOOR:

The ground floor of our villa consists of a cloakroom, a toilet, a living room with a washing machine in the warehouse and a spacious kitchen. The living room also has a seating group, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchen, which is quite spacious, has materials that can meet all your needs at a standard level. The veranda opening to the garden and the pool is also very pleasant.

FIRST FLOOR:

There are 3 rooms on the first floor of our villa. all 3 rooms have a double bed, 2 rooms use a shared bathroom, and 1 room has its own bathroom.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, dining table, stone barbecue. It offers pleasant relaxation opportunities with a hammock and a private swing.

POOL: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 10 x 7 meters and the depth is 1.50 meters.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in our villa. Information is shared with our guests during check-in.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE FEE & EXTRAS: Our villa is cleaned before entrance. Rooms are prepared with textile products – sheets, pikes, pillows, pillowcases, towels for domestic use - washed in conditions in accordance with the necessary hygiene rules. The duration of the stay is taken as extra if you drink and cleaning service is requested. There are no beach towels available. There are cleaning equipments in our villa and there are no soap and similar cleaning products. There are no foods such as fat, salt, sugar in the kitchen. Electricity, water, internet, gas fees are included in the fee. for stays of 4 nights or less, the cleaning fee is added to the price.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled, etc. a deposit of up to one night's fee is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as fractures, spills, losses, the deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out.
