Villa Just, which is one of the Villa Options for Crowded Families and Sea View, is located in Kışla, one of the most popular areas of Kalkan. Our villa, which offers you an excellent holiday opportunity, has a wonderful view of Kalkan. Since it is a conservative villa option, guests will be very comfortable in our villa. Villa Just has 5 bedrooms, accommodation capacity for 10 people and all rooms have a bathroom and toilet. All of the items used in our villa, where you will spend a peaceful holiday with its bright and spacious structure, are modern and comfortable. Our rented villa close to the sea and the center has a large garden with plenty of green space, a 12-meter-long private swimming pool, sunbathing area, trampoline, table tennis, barbecue and dining area. Villa Just, our luxury rental villa in nature, is located 1.5 kilometers from the center of Kalkan and only 750 meters from the sea. A peaceful holiday awaits you in this villa where you can see the unique colors of the sunset.

About the Villa Area

Kalkan, the region where our holiday villa is located, is the Kalkan neighborhood of Kaş district, which is considered the center of villa tourism in Kalkan. The neighborhood is a small cozy holiday place that has been hosting tourism for many years. Kalkan is the center of the region as both general requirements and entertainment venues.

Input - Output Clocks

The entrance time to the villa is 16.00 on the day of entry. It is possible to check in earlier in villas whose cleaning has finished early or in villas that were empty the previous day. Check-out time is 10.00 on the day of check-out. General cleaning of the villa, Decontamination and change of linen, weekly garden maintenance and weekly pool maintenance are carried out between check-out and check-in times. For villas that are not suitable for entry before 16.00, permission can be obtained from the cleaning team of the villa owner for the guests to leave their belongings, or their belongings can be stored at the villa rental office.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Our rental villa is carefully cleaned and given to our valued customers. The villas are cleaned once a week. If you have an extra cleaning request, cleaning is carried out by the staff looking after our villa or by the villa owner, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., subject to a fee. But in some of our villas, for rentals below a week, in others, for rentals of 5 nights or below, the villa owners charge an extra cleaning fee, the amount of which varies with the number of rooms in the villa

Damage Deposit

Any damage, broken, spilled, lost, etc. that may occur during your stay for the villa you have rented. A damage deposit of 1000 TL is charged at the entrance (This fee varies depending on the villa.) and if there is no problem / damage, the fee (deposit) received will be refunded.

Internet

There is a wireless modem in our villa. At some times, interruptions may occur due to reasons arising from the Internet infrastructure of the region. There are no problems in accessing platforms such as emails, social network accounts, newspapers and news sites when using the Internet. However, due to the reasons mentioned above, sometimes there may be disruptions in operations such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

General Notes

In our villas, which are in nature in the region, regular spraying pest spraying is carried out. But still there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There are some types of pests to be seen.
In our sheltered (conservative) villas, necessary precautions are taken to prevent the pool area from being visible to a foreign eye. But for reasons that cannot be controlled, there can never be an absolutely 100% guarantee of not appearing.Against such out-of-control situations, you, our esteemed guests, always have a margin of avoidance.
Some of our villas are located on very steep mountain slopes. During transportation to such villas, uphill roads and stabilized (dirt) roads are used. In addition, you can encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) in our villas located outside the center and Decently located in the village

Daily Pool Maintenance

In order for the guests not to have any health problems caused by the pool, the pools are checked by an attendant every morning between 06.00 - 08.00. Dec. During these hours, daily pool maintenance is completed, garden watering and garbage collection services are offered. In our villa options, which have a Heated Indoor Pool, pool cleaning is carried out thanks to the automatic chlorination system. Our heated pools heat up around 27-30 degrees. because the formation of bacteria accelerates above 30 degrees, it cannot be made warmer for your health.
