Özalp Villa

GENERAL INFORMATION : Our villa is located in Oludeniz, ovacik region. Oludeniz beach is 3 km away, fethiye center is about 15 km away. Located in a pleasant area, this villa has 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms. Our villa, which has air conditioning in every room, a private pool and a garden, has been carefully furnished with rare features in the region so that you can have a peaceful holiday with your loved ones.

ENTRANCE FLOOR:

There is a living room, an open concept kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor of our villa. The living room also has a seating group, a coffee table and a TV. There are materials in the kitchen that can meet all your needs at a standard level. There is also a room with an ensuite bathroom on this floor. The veranda opening to the garden and the pool is also very pleasant.

FIRST FLOOR:

There are 3 rooms on the first floor of our villa. The first room has an ensuite bathroom and a double bed. The second room has a double bed and the third room has 2 single beds. There is a shared bathroom for these two rooms.

SECOND FLOOR:

This floor of our villa has been designed for only one room, it has a double bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas, dining table, portable barbecue.

POOL: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 x 5.5 meters and the depth is 1.50 meters.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in our villa. Information is shared with our guests during check-in.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE FEE & EXTRAS: Our villa is cleaned before entrance. Rooms are prepared with textile products – sheets, pikes, pillows, pillowcases, towels for domestic use - washed in conditions in accordance with the necessary hygiene rules. The duration of the stay is taken as extra if you drink and cleaning service is requested. There are no beach towels available. There are cleaning equipments in our villa and there are no cleaning chemical products. There are no foods such as fat, salt, sugar in the kitchen. Electricity, water, internet, gas fees are included in the fee. for stays of 4 nights or less, the cleaning fee is added to the price.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, spilled, etc. a deposit of up to one night's fee is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as fractures, spills, losses, the deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out.
