Likya 5 villa is a conservative, sheltered and jacuzzi villa located in an elite complex with the same style villas in Ovacik, Oludeniz, Fethiye. With its spacious pool terrace and garden, it is ideally located for your holiday away from the traffic and noise of the city. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms in total, offers accommodation for up to 4 people. Our villa bungalow is an ideal option for families with children due to the fact that it has a single storey and a large pool terrace. Due to the location of our villa, the pool and pool terrace are sheltered and not visible from the surroundings.

Note: For families and groups who want to come crowded, we have similar villas right next to this villa. According to availability, they can rent more than one villa at the same time and have a vacation together.

Details : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, Bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning. Maintenance is carried out regularly every day by the staff members.

Note: The damage deposit is 5000 TL. The customer will be charged in cash on the day of check-in and if there is any damage, missing, etc., during the check-in before the customer leaves the villa/apartment, it will be refunded in kind.

Note: Our guests staying in our villas will have the opportunity to benefit from the privileged services of ZEHRA KULEM BEACH, which is the most private and the only conservative beach in the region and serves within the structure of our company.
General note for all villas located in the Oludeniz region: Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the Oludeniz-Ovacik and Hisaronu regions where our villas are located. Road work, electricity and water outages may be experienced due to this work.
