Holiday villas located in Bodrum Torba, the favorite holiday resort of Turkey, our boutique hotel is located in a distinguished location in the magnificent Aegean, where you can relax in peace for four seasons, where there is calm, silence and comfort with a sea view that embodies nature and greenery. Our Villa Facility consists of 12 luxury villas.

Our boutique villa hotel overlooks Torba Bay from the green slopes. If you wish, you can enjoy the sea view from the lounge, room or terrace of your private villa or by the pool.

Our boutique hotel is 2 km from Torba beach and 4 km from Bodrum city center. The distance to the airport is 28 km. There is a reception, private parking for each of our villas, Cafe, Sauna, Private Jacuzzi, Game Room, Mini Club, wireless internet in the facility. In addition, there is a multi-purpose meeting room in our hotel. You are safe and peaceful with private security and camera system in our villas. Our facility is open for 12 months and long and short term rental opportunities are available. The total number of Villas is 12 and our villa has nature and sea views. On the ground floor there is a Living Room and an Open Kitchen, 1 Bedroom with an en-suite Bathroom (wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, ceramic with natural wood appearance ), Hair dryer and also 1 wc. On the upper floor there is 1 en-suite bedroom and 1 en-suite bedroom with private jacuzzi ( wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, ceramic with natural wood appearance, Hair dryer) next to your bed with en-suite bathroom. On the Basement Floor there is 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, 1 Bathroom / WC, Hair dryer (wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning). Our villas have a visually pleasing decor. The villa has 5 Bathrooms and a toilet. Capacity: Maximum 6 people can be accommodated in a standard bed. The basement floor can also accommodate 3 people(The lower floor has a separate entrance from the villa's own garden).It can accommodate a maximum of 9 people.

Pool Size : Our villas are 70 square meters and the depth is 1.40. There is a children's pool with a Jacuzzi. Our pools are sheltered and not visible from the outside.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered clean to you and bed linen and towels are changed in 3 days Jul.

Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 2000 TL is charged at the entrance to the villa. Damage to the villa, casualties, fractures, etc. if such situations do not occur, this price will be refunded on the day of departure.

The entrance time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the exit time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls have been made and the deficiencies have been completed due to the need to comply with these hours, our villa guests are kindly requested.

Location
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on fairly steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hill roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, our villas outside the center are usually located in the village, so you can encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) Decently.

Bodrum/Turkey
Torba is located at the northeasternmost tip of the peninsula, in a protected bay. A quiet and peaceful atmosphere and easy access to Bodrum have made this place popular. Along its long shore there are small hostels, bars and private sunbathing piers.

Torba, which is part of this protected port, is a famous and quiet shelter where yachtsmen stop by and fishing locals can unload the seafood they catch. In addition, every day a ferry crosses the pristine Gulluk bay to Didim, so that while viewing the magnificent Temple of Apollo on the one hand, a pleasant ferry trip is made on the other.
