Important Guest Notes:

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out every other day by the responsible friends.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen towel change, transportation, car rental are not included in the price.

At the entrance to the Villa Demir; a damage deposit of 750 TL is charged, provided that it is paid back. After the necessary checks have been made on your exit from the villa, in case of no damage, your money will be returned to your account immediately or within / 1 week.
