VILLA FOURSEASONS INFORMATION

Our Four Seasons villa is located in Ovacık district of Fethiye, which has taken its place among the world-famous holiday centres. Our villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms and can accommodate a total of eight people. Our villa, which is approximately 150 meters from the main road, is also within five minutes walking distance to markets, restaurants and other amenities. It is very popular with its proximity to Ölüdeniz Beach and Hisaronu Town, the centre of Fethiye's entertainment life.

Our villa, which is designed very well in a land of 1.500 m2 for high standard uses, has a Turkish bath, sauna and gym. Our villa, which has a secluded private swimming pool of approximately 105 m2 in its private garden, a pool bar and entertainment area, is surrounded by a wall and fence that prevents it from being seen from the outside. There is a TV on both the lounge terrace and the pool bar. There are open and closed parking areas in our villa. It is ready for the use of our valued guests with social activities such as billiards, table tennis and darts to make your leisure time fun. There is a camera and an alarm system for your safety.

Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

2nd Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

3rd Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and balcony. (1st Floor)

4th Bedroom: Air-conditioned double bedroom. There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table, bathroom and balcony. (1st floor)

Hall / Living Room:

Air-conditioned. There is a TV, satellite receiver, sofa set, 8-person dining table in the living room. (Ground Floor) There is also wireless internet serving throughout the Villa.

Kitchen:

Dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, built-in oven, 4-stove hob, microwave oven, 10-person dinner set, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Pool:

There is a large secluded private swimming pool which is 6,00 m wide 17,50 m length; with a depth of 1.50m. We also have a sitting area in the pool. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

There is a Turkish bath, sauna and gym in the basement.

Private Garden:

There is a secluded swimming, sun loungers and parasols, sitting group, table and chairs in the garden.

Extras:

The villa is delivered to the guests freshly cleaned and mid cleaning is done at the end of the 1st week for 2-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleaning.

Important Information:

Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. insurances are not included in the prices. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, As our villas have gardens and are in or close distance to the nature despite the spraying there can be butterflies, bees, flies etc. We don’t guarantee 100% invisibility in our secluded gardens and pools. There is always a 5% visibility possibility in these villas. Periodic infrastructure works can be done in Ölüdeniz - Ovacık - Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water cuts may occur.

Breakage Deposit:

For damage, loss, broken, etc. 2000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit is returned at the checkout of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.
