The villa where you will definitely feel the quality; It will make you feel very special with its interior and exterior architecture, living space size, and the elegance of the first-class materials and materials used. The villa is protected by a security system. Wireless internet access is available throughout the villa.

NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less, an extra 3000 TL cleaning fee is required.

Note 2: Pool heating is optional and activated for £30 per day.

Bedrooms: Villa Kayra has 5 ensuite bedrooms, each with sea and nature views. Two of these rooms have a private jacuzzi. All rooms have balconies with sea and nature views.

2nd Bedroom (ensuit): Air-conditioned. There is 1 double king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

3rd Bedroom (ensuit): The youth room is air-conditioned. There are 2 comfortable single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom-WC and balcony.

4th Bedroom (Master suite): Air-conditioned. There is 1 double king size bed, private jacuzzi, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

5th Bedroom (ensuit): It is air-conditioned and has 2 single comfort beds, jacuzzi, dressing room, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom-WC and balcony.

6th Bedroom: Double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and WC (in the corridor).

Living room: The living room has air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, seating group, iron, ironing board and sink. There is an exit to the poolside. The lounge is on the pool floor. There is also a very large observation deck on the top floor for relaxing and sunbathing. This area also includes a seating group, table and chairs.

Kitchen: There is a modern American kitchen in Villa Kayra. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 12 people, spoon cutlery set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Garden: In the garden there is a pool, children's pool with jacuzzi, dining table, pergola seating and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Pool: There is a pool with jacuzzi, jet stream system and a children's pool. Pool dimensions 12 x 5 m; The depth is 1.60 m.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, outages from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient to access e-mails, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

Extras: Villa Kayra has wireless internet and an alarm system for security. Our villa is delivered to the guests in a clean condition. Garden & pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. Bedrooms have clean bed linen and towel sets.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the prices. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no consumption needs for hygiene purposes (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc.) in the villas. Disinfestation is carried out regularly in all our villas. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found.

General note for all villas in the Kalkan region: Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the areas where our villas are located. Due to this work, situations such as road works, electricity and water outages, infrastructure and construction work may occur.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded upon leaving the villa if there is no problem.

NOTE: The villa pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm "Wide Angle Lens" in order to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in the pictures may appear larger than their actual size.
