Villa Lonra is located in the Kalkan-Akbel area of Antalya with a stunning sea view. It is an extremely ideal option for our guests who want to have a pleasant holiday. With three bedrooms, it has a total accommodation capacity of six people. The villa has a detached garden and there are Asian model recessed pavilion, Greek model sun loungers and portable barbecue in the pool, as well as tools to support your good time.

NOTE: For short-term rentals of 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of TL 2,250 is requested.

NOTE: Our villa is a villa with pet permit. A fee of 1.500 TL is requested for each pet. (If there is more than one, please get approval.)

Bedrooms :

1. Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite family bedroom. there is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, vanity table, bedside table, wardrobe and exit to the balcony. Bathroom/WC is available.

2.Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite family bedroom. there is 1 double bed, a vanity table, a nightstand wardrobe and an exit to the balcony. Bathroom/WC is available.

3.Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite family bedroom. there is 1 double bed, a vanity table, a nightstand wardrobe and an exit to the pool terrace. Bathroom/WC is available.

Living room : Modern-stylish comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, Smart Tv - Netflix, modem for internet, foosball table, dining table for 8 people, access to the pool terrace and shared TOILET are available.

Kitchen : The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in January 4 stove, microwave oven, tea maker, toaster, built-in oven, water dispenser, frying pan and saucepan set, cutlery, water and tea cup sets.

Pool: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 15.30m x 3.60 m; the depth is 1.55 m. (shallow pool 5.60 m x 3.60 m, deep pool 9.70 m x 3.60 m) There is a built-in pavilion in the pool. Pool maintenance is carried out 1 time a day in the morning or evening.

Garden : There is a private swimming pool, dining table and chairs, a built-in pavilion, sun beds, parasols and a portable barbecue.

Interne : The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news websites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. In addition, there is no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. their insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, which have a location in nature. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. there is a possibility that it will be found. We do not guarantee that we will definitely not be 100% visible in our pool-sheltered villas. There is always a 5% abstinence rate in these villas.
* General note for all villas located in Akbel region*: Due to high demand, there may be situations such as electricity and water outages, low voltage, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in Akbel region.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. a deposit of 4.000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost.
