NOTE: The pricing of our villa is determined in sterling.

The minimum rental period is 3 nights, 5 nights and 100 pounds sterling is requested for six-night rentals.

Internet : The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news websites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool specially designed for the villa, the dimensions of which are 4 x 8 meters and the depth is 1.60 meters. Our villa has an endless pool and has a magnificent sea view. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out 1 time a day in the morning or evening.

Garden: There are sun beds, sun umbrellas, garden seating group and dining table in our villa, which has a very spacious and spacious pool terrace.

Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. In addition, there is no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. their insurance is not included in the prices. Consumption needs for hygiene purposes in villas (toilet paper, water, spices, etc. ) are not available. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, which have a location in nature. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. there is a possibility that it will be found.

* Kalkan* ; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a hillside. In order to reach all our summer houses located in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is uphill.

* General note for all villas located in Kalkan region*: Due to high demand, there may be situations such as electricity and water outages, low voltage, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in Kalkan region.
Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. a deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost.
