Villa Mirada is located in Kalkan Kalamar, one of the most beautiful tourism regions of Turkey, and is a very special villa that will host your most beautiful moments with its uninterrupted panoramic view of Kalkan Bay, the sea and the islands under your feet. The pool area gets sun throughout the day and has a sea view. All rooms of the triplex villa, with a capacity of 5 rooms/10 people, are suites and have sea views. The pool is extremely large and there is also a shallow pool and a jacuzzi pool. The interior and exterior architecture, where you will definitely feel the quality, the size of the living space, and the elegance of the first-class materials and materials used will make you feel very special.

Near Villa Mirada there are Villa Mirada 2 and Villa Mirada 3. It is suitable for families who want to rent villas close to each other. The pictures of these 3 villas are similar to each other.

Minimum rental periods are 3 nights and £150 is requested for rentals under 5 nights.

Bedrooms: It has 5 ensuite bedrooms, each with sea view. All rooms have sea views.

1st Bedroom: Air-conditioned, suite bedroom with 1 double bed, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, hair dryer, bathroom and WC. There is an exit to the poolside. (Entrance floor)

2. Bedroom: Air-conditioned, suite bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. (1st Floor)

3. Bedroom: Air-conditioned, suite bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. (1st Floor)

4. Bedroom: Air-conditioned, suite bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. (1st Floor)

5. Bedroom: Air-conditioned, suite bedroom has 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, hair dryer, balcony, bathroom and WC. (2nd Floor)

Garden: In the garden there is a pool, dining table, pergola seating and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Pool: There is a jacuzzi, private infinity pool and shallow pool. Pool dimensions: width 4 m; length 11m; The depth is 1.65 m. There is a 'Shallow Pool' and a 'Jacuzzi Pool' integrated into the Main Pool.

Kitchen: There is an American kitchen. The kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 10 people, spoon cutlery set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Living Room: There is air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, seating group and WC/Sink in the living room. The lounge is on the pool floor. There is also a very large observation deck on the top floor for relaxing and sunbathing. This area also includes a seating group, table and chairs.

Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, outages from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for purposes such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

Extras: There is wireless internet in the villa. Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition. Garden & pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. The villa has indoor parking for 2 cars.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the prices. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, rental car, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no consumption needs for hygiene purposes (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc.) in the villas. In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope.
