Internet: Wi-Fi is available in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions on the part of Internet providers. Internet use is good enough for email, social media accounts, access to newspapers and news websites, but not enough for watching movies, videos and downloading files.

Important information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. There is also no commission. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, guide, medical care, etc. Insurance is not included. Consumer needs for hygiene purposes in villas (toilet paper, water, spices, etc.) are not available. All of our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, in the environment; butterfly, insect, fly, etc. there is a possibility that you will be found.

* Kalkan*; It is a settlement established on the hillside due to its geographical structure. You need to walk uphill to reach all our cottages in Kalkan and the surrounding villages.

General note for all villas in Kalkan region: Due to high demand; electricity and water outages, power surges, infrastructure and construction works may occur in our villas in Kalkan region.

Damage deposit: damage, loss, breakage, breakage, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. In case there is no problem such as any damage, deterioration, loss at the exit from the villa, the deposit will be refunded.
