Our villa is located on the world famous Calis Beach, which has the most beautiful sunset in Fethiye. Located within walking distance to the beach, promenade, market, restaurants and cafes, our villa offers a social villa holiday experience to its guests. You can reach beaches such as Knight Island, Ciftlik, Akmaz Beach within 10 minutes from Calis beach, where water sports are also frequently held.

Our villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms has an accommodation capacity of 6 + 1 people. Our villa, which has a small and charming garden, has a 20 m2 private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, garden seating, dining table and barbecue. Our large families can have a comfortable holiday in our villa. It was designed for a sea holiday away from traffic and crowds.

The villa is delivered to the guests freshly cleaned and mid cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during these cleanings.

Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. Breakage Deposit:
