Villa Stone Heart is located in Akbel district of Kalkan, the favorite holiday resort of Antalya, attracts attention with its unique view. It offers an unforgettable holiday opportunity with its architecture, modern decoration and charming view, which has created a different ambience by blending with natural stones. Villa Stone-Heart has a capacity for six people with three bedrooms. The villa, which makes a difference with its heart-shaped pool, has a Jacuzzi with massage, as well as a children's park for small guests within the site, taking into account the comfort of your guests.

NOTE: An extra 2250 TL cleaning fee is requested for rentals under 5 nights.

NOTE: Our villa is a villa with pet permit. A fee of 1500 TL is requested for each pet. (If there is more than one, please get approval.)

Kitchen : It is a modern open American kitchen. There is an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, January 4 stove, dining set for 6 people, spoon and fork set, pots and pans set, cups etc. in the kitchen.

Living Room : Decorated with a modern approach, the living room has a seating group, table and chairs, TV, satellite receiver, Wi-fi. There is an exit from the hall to the pool side.

Pool : There is a private swimming pool and a children's pool. The pool, which has a special heart-shaped concept, has a size of 6.5 x 6.5 m and a depth of 1.54 m.

Garden : There is a swimming pool, sun loungers, portable barbecue, garden dining table and chairs in the garden.

Internet : The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news websites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras : There is a children's swimming pool. The villa is delivered to our guests cleanly.Jul. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is a car parking lot.

Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. In addition, there is no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. their insurance is not included in the prices.Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, which have a location in nature. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. there is a possibility that it will be found.Consumption needs for hygiene purposes in villas (toilet paper, food / beverage, etc. ) are not available.We do not guarantee that we will definitely not be 100% visible in our pool-sheltered villas. There is always a 5% abstinence rate in these villas.

* Kalkan* ; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a hillside. In order to reach all our summer houses located in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is uphill.

* General note for all villas located in the Kalkan region*: Due to high demand, there may be situations such as electricity and water outages, low voltage, infrastructure and construction work in our villas in the Kalkan region.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. a deposit of 4.000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost.
