Our villa, which stands out with its magnificent view of Kalkan, is an extremely ideal option for our guests who want an exclusive villa holiday. The villa, which attracts attention with its modern architecture and original decoration, has a total accommodation capacity of six people with its three rooms. You can experience unforgettable moments with your loved ones in the evenings in the villa, which stands out with its rooms with a charming sea and nature view. The special heart-shaped design pool of the villa, which is in a conservative concept, is sheltered and not visible from the outside. Being a very ideal summer house for nuclear families and honeymoon couples, all the details have been thought out to the finest details and presented to your service in order for you to have a perfect and unforgettable holiday in the villa.

NOTE: An extra 2250 TL cleaning fee is requested for rentals under 5 nights.

NOTE: Our villa is a villa with pet permit. A fee of 1500 TL is requested for each pet. (If there is more than one, please get approval.)

Living Room: Villa Tarabya has a modern and comfortable living room, satellite TV (LCD), Wi-fi, dining table for 8 people, air conditioning, WC & sink and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, 4 January (built-in), electric kettle, 8-person dining set, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. it is located at.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool with a heart-shaped shelter, the pool size is 12 m x 5 m; the depth is 1.43 m. There is also a children's pool integrated into the main pool at the same time. Pool maintenance is carried out 1 time a day in the morning or evening.

Pool Terrace: There is a private sheltered swimming pool with sea view, table and chair for 8 people, a built-in pavilion, sun loungers, barbecue and sun umbrella.

Internet : The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers. Internet usage is sufficient for issues such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news websites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras : Wireless internet is available in the villa. There is a game park and car parking on the site. The villa is delivered to our guests cleanly and cleaning is done 1 time a week Jul.

Important Information : Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. In addition, there is no charge. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health, etc. their insurance is not included in the prices. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas, which have a location in nature. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. there is a possibility that it will be found. We certainly do not give a 100% guarantee of not being visible in our pool-sheltered villas. There is always a 5% abstinence rate in these villas.

* Kalkan* ; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a hillside. In order to reach all our summer houses located in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is uphill. The village of Islamlar is a quiet settlement. (The village)

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. a deposit of 4000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is refunded at the exit of the villa when there are no problems such as broken, damaged, lost.
