Cleaning and Maintenance
The villa is delivered clean to you and cleaning is done 1 time a week, if you request extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking after our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., subject to a fee by the staff. Jul.

Damage Deposit
A 500 Euro cash damage deposit is charged at the entrance to the villa. Damage to the villa, casualties, fractures, etc. if such situations do not occur, this price will be refunded on the day of departure.

The check-in time to all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and the check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are made and the deficiencies are completed due to the need to comply with these hours, our villa guests are kindly requested.

Location
Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on fairly steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hill roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, our villas outside the center are usually located in the village, so there are natural surprises of life (flies, insects, bees, etc Dec.) it is possible to meet with.

Bodrum/Gumbet
Gumbet, which has recently become a residential area in its own right, is only 2 Km from Bodrum. It is to the south. Gumbet, which takes its name from the numerous white domed rain cisterns, is one of the longest and most famous sandy beaches on the peninsula. Its coast is shallow, and the sea gradually deepens from the coast.
Even on the hottest days, a cool breeze is formed from the sheep's throat inward.
