Villa Sorrento

Villa Sorrento is located in the Foça neighborhood of Fethiye, Turkey's favorite tourism center. Our triplex villa is carefully designed for large families and groups of friends and has 3 rooms and a capacity of 6 people. At Villa Sorrento, all details have been considered down to the smallest detail so that guests can have a good time. There is a cinema hall on the pool floor. There is also a sports room. Like villa decoration items, garden decoration items have also been chosen tastefully. Villa Sorrento is a 5-minute drive from Calis Beach.

Note: For rentals of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL is required.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: The suite is a young bedroom with 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, baby cot and bathroom/WC.

2nd Bedroom: It is a suite family bedroom with 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom/WC.

3rd Bedroom: It is a teenager's bedroom and has 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe and bathroom/WC. (Penthouse)

Living room: There is a modern seating group, wing chair, air conditioner, coffee table, satellite receiver, LCD TV and modem for internet in the living room.

Kitchen: The American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, built-in 4-burner stove, hood, oven, electric kettle, tea maker, dining table, dinnerware, pans and pots, cutlery.

Pool: Villa Sorrento has a private pool. Pool dimensions are 6 m x 4 m, depth is 1.50 m. Garden & pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, a garden dining table and a barbecue in the garden.

Internet: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, outages from internet service providers may occur. Using Internet; It is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no consumption needs (toilet paper, food/beverage) for hygiene purposes in the villas. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly. Despite this, in the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility of being found.

General note for all villas in the Fethiye region: Due to high demand; Situations such as electricity and water outages, voltage drops, infrastructure and construction work may occur in our villas in the Fethiye region.

Damage Deposit: Broken, damaged, damaged, etc. A deposit of 3,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if there is no problem, the fee is refunded at the exit of the villa.
